Joshua Perrine
Joshua Perrine, co-owner of All Secure LLC, brings over 15 years of experience in low-voltage systems, electronic security, and system design. Beginning his career as a union apprentice electrician, Joshua built a strong technical foundation rooted in a multi-generation family legacy of electricians and engineers—experience that continues to shape his practical, solutions-first approach.
Throughout his career, Joshua has worked across residential, commercial, industrial, and municipal environments, developing a strong reputation for understanding client needs and translating them into effective, scalable security solutions. His experience includes advanced access control and security platforms such as AMAG, DSX, and Lenel, allowing him to confidently design systems that balance performance, compliance, and long-term value.
Kevin DeShazo
Kevin Deshazo is one of All Secure LLC’s most experienced professionals, bringing nearly 30 years of low-voltage and electronic security experience to the company. He began his career in 1994, selling and installing central vacuum systems and intercoms, and quickly built a reputation for reliability, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.
Throughout his career, Kevin has worked with both large and small security firms—including a four-year tenure with ADT—and has partnered with numerous contractors on residential, commercial, and industrial projects across the Richmond and Tri-City regions. His ability to build and maintain strong relationships within the community and across the industry has earned him consistently high customer satisfaction and long-standing client trust.
As a sales veteran and serial entrepreneur, Kevin leads project management and administrative operations at All Secure LLC, ensuring projects are well-coordinated, clearly communicated, and delivered with the level of care clients expect. His commitment to service, accountability, and follow-through plays a critical role in the success of every project.
